SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY  
You must be at least the age of majority in your state or have permission from a parent or guardian to use our Services.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information for all purchases and account activity. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. Accounts may not be transferred or shared.

SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS AND CUSTOM ITEMS  
All FILTHY SPORTS products are custom-made to order. Because each item is created specifically for the customer, all sales are final.

We make every effort to display product colors and designs accurately, but variations may occur due to screen settings and production processes. We do not guarantee exact color matching.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

SECTION 3 – ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND APPROVAL  
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are not accepted until confirmed by us.

Before production, you will receive a design mock-up for approval. By approving the design, you confirm that all details including names, numbers, sizes, spelling, colors, and layout are correct.

Once a design is approved and production begins, orders cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.

SECTION 4 – PRICING AND PAYMENT  
All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include taxes, shipping, or applicable fees unless stated.

You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge the full amount of your order, including shipping and taxes.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY  
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once an order is shipped, risk of loss transfers to you. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

SECTION 6 – RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND REPLACEMENTS  
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Exceptions apply only in cases of verified manufacturing defects or production errors. Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@filthysportswear.com with photos and order details.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for customer-selected sizing issues, spelling or order information approved by the customer, approved design choices including colors, layout, or placement, minor color variations, or shipping delays.

SECTION 7 – SIZING  
Sizing may vary slightly depending on garment type and production. Customers are responsible for reviewing size charts before ordering.

All content on this site, including logos, designs, graphics, and text, is the property of FILTHY SPORTS or its licensors and is protected by law.

You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

SECTION 9 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND SHOPIFY  
Our store is powered by Shopify, but all purchases are made directly with FILTHY SPORTS. Shopify is not responsible for any transactions or product-related issues.

We may provide access to third-party tools or links. We are not responsible for their content or performance.

SECTION 10 – FEEDBACK  
Any feedback you submit may be used by us without restriction or compensation. You confirm that you have the right to share such content.

SECTION 11 – PROHIBITED USES  
You agree not to use the Services for unlawful purposes, to violate any laws, infringe on intellectual property, or interfere with the operation of the site.

We reserve the right to terminate access for violations.
