Refund policy

At FILTHY Sportswear, every item we produce is custom designed and made to order. Because each

product is created specifically for the customer, all sales are final. We do not accept returns,

refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed and approved.

CUSTOM ORDERS

All items are produced specifically for each order. Because of this, products cannot be restocked or

resold. Orders cannot be canceled once production has started, and no changes can be made after

final design approval. Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details carefully before

approving production.

DEFECTS OR PRODUCTION ERRORS

We stand behind the quality of our products. If a manufacturing defect or production error occurs,

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To report an issue, email info@filthysportswear.com

and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item. Once the

issue is reviewed and verified, an appropriate resolution will be determined.

SITUATIONS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS OR REPLACEMENTS

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for incorrect sizes selected by the customer, spelling or

information errors submitted and approved by the customer, approved design choices such as

colors, layout, or graphic placement, minor color variations caused by differences between screen

displays and printed products, or shipping delays caused by carriers.

AGREEMENT

By placing an order with FILTHY Sportswear, the customer acknowledges that all products are

custom made and considered final sale. By submitting payment for the emailed invoice, the

customer confirms that they have reviewed and approved all order details and have read,

understood, and agreed to the FILTHY Sportswear Refund and Return Policy. Payment and design

approval authorize FILTHY Sportswear to begin production, and no changes or cancellations can be

made once production has started
