These Order Terms of Service apply specifically to all orders placed with FILTHY SPORTS and are in addition to our general Terms of Service.

By placing an order, approving a design, or submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

CUSTOM PRODUCTION
All FILTHY SPORTS items are custom made to order. Each product is created specifically for the customer and cannot be restocked or resold. Because of this, all orders are final once placed and approved.

ORDER PROCESS
Orders are not considered active until payment has been received. Once payment is received, the order enters the design and production process.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details are correct at the time of submission, including quantities, sizes, names, numbers, and shipping information.

DESIGN MOCKUPS AND APPROVAL
A design mock-up will be provided before production begins.

By approving the mock-up, you confirm that all details are correct, including spelling, names, numbers, sizing, colors, logos, and placement.

Approval of the design serves as final confirmation. Once approved, no changes can be made.

DESIGN OWNERSHIP & FILE RELEASE

All custom design work, including, but not limited to, jersey mockups, logos, layouts, and artwork created by Filthy Sportswear remains the intellectual property of Filthy Sportswear. The Mockup Fee covers the consultation, creative design time, revisions, and preparation of artwork intended solely for production through Filthy Sportswear and its authorized manufacturing partners.

The Mockup Fee does not include ownership or transfer of any editable or print-ready source files, including but not limited to .CDR, .AI, .PSD, .PDF, .EPS, or other production files.

If a customer requests the release of the original high-resolution source files for use with another printer or for personal use, a non-refundable File Release Fee of $100.00 will apply. Upon receipt of payment, Filthy Sportswear will provide the available source files in their current “as-is” condition.

Released files may include proprietary design elements, branding, production settings, logos, or tags associated with Filthy Sportswear. By accepting the file release, the customer acknowledges that Filthy Sportswear is not responsible for any modifications, printing results, compatibility issues, or quality concerns that arise from the use of these files by a third party.

Filthy Sportswear reserves all intellectual property rights to any original artwork unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be modified or canceled only before design approval and before production has started.

Once a design is approved or production has begun, no changes, cancellations, or refunds will be allowed under any circumstances.

PRODUCTION TIMELINES
Production timelines vary depending on the product, quantity, and supplier.

Estimated timelines provided are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control, including supplier delays, material availability, or production volume.

Rush orders are processed with priority but are still subject to production and shipping limitations.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

1. Shipping (Carrier Delivery)
—Bulk Rates: Flat-rate shipping is calculated based on order size to cover packaging, carrier costs, and signature delivery when required.
—Oversized Orders: Orders exceeding standard quantity tiers may be billed at actual carrier rates.
—Liability: Once an order is in the carrier’s possession, FILTHY Sportswear is not responsible for delivery delays. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed off to the shipping carrier.

2. Local Delivery & Meetups
To ensure timely service while managing rising fuel and transit costs, we offer the following local options for the Greater Philadelphia and South Jersey areas:
— Local Delivery ($20): Within 10–15 miles of our facility.
— Non-Local Delivery ($50): Within 25–35 miles (includes areas such as Plymouth Meeting, Conshohocken, Norristown, KOP, Philly, Bensalem, and nearby South Jersey).
— Extended Distance: For locations beyond 35 miles, orders must be shipped via standard carrier or scheduled for a designated meetup option.

3. Scheduled Logistics
To maintain production efficiency and manage transit time, we utilize the following structured options rather than individual drop-offs:
—Scheduled Delivery Days: Local deliveries are grouped and performed on specific days. You will be notified of your delivery window once your order is complete.
—Tournament/Event Meetups: We can coordinate a hand-off if our team is already scheduled to attend a specific tournament or event.
 —Local Pickup: Free local pickup is available by appointment only.

SIZING AND FIT
Sizing may vary slightly depending on garment type and production process.

Customers are responsible for reviewing size charts prior to ordering. FILTHY SPORTS is not responsible for sizing issues once items have been produced.

COLOR AND DESIGN VARIATION
Colors may vary slightly between digital mock-ups and final products due to screen settings, printing processes, and materials.

Minor variations in color, placement, or sizing of graphics are considered normal and are not considered defects.

DEFECTS AND PRODUCTION ERRORS
We stand behind the quality of our products.

If there is a verified manufacturing defect or production error, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To report an issue, email Orders@filthysportswear.com with your order number, a detailed description, and clear photos of the issue.

If the issue is confirmed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement or correction of the affected items.

NON-ELIGIBLE CLAIMS
The following situations are not eligible for refunds, replacements, or credits:

- Incorrect sizes selected by the customer
- Spelling or information errors approved in the mock-up
- Approved design choices including colors, layout, or logo placement
- Minor color variations between mock-ups and final products
- Shipping delays or carrier-related issues

BULK AND TEAM ORDERS
For bulk or team orders, the individual placing the order is responsible for collecting and verifying all information before submission.

FILTHY SPORTS is not responsible for errors provided by team representatives, coaches, or organizers once the order has been approved.

AGREEMENT
By submitting payment and approving your design, you authorize FILTHY SPORTS to begin production.

You acknowledge that your order is custom-made, final sale, and not eligible for cancellation, refund, or exchange once approved.
